Board Members
Shandre Harasty
Shandre Harasty has been married to Gavin for 18 years. They are both the children of Pastors. She was born in Durban, South Africa and is of East Indian descent. She has served on many boards of non-profits in the community. She served on her first mission trip as a teenager to Lesotho with her grandmother, Faith Barnabas. Global missions is in her DNA. Gavin and Shandre have traveled the world meeting people and are deep lovers of Jesus.

Courtney Thompson
Courtney Thompson has been involved with SENT since 2020, when God began stirring her heart for the nations through connections with pastors around the world. During this time, she learned firsthand about the devastating impact of period poverty on young girls in Uganda. As a woman and a mom to two girls, Kayleigh and Braelynn, her heart was deeply moved to act. Through SENT, Courtney is passionate about advancing God’s love in practical ways. She serves as Vice President of SENT, leading with a servant heart rooted in faith.

Lorna Nichols
In Memory
Lorna Daniels Nichols is a retired employee of AT&T. She is the author of Big Picture of the Bible and president of Big Picture Ministries, an organization devoted to equipping, inspiring, and promoting spiritual growth through the study of God’s Word. Lorna and her husband, John, currently live in Chesterfield, Missouri and attend Victory Family Church in O’Fallon, Missouri where they are both in leadership and active in several ministries. Lorna is the Director of Christian Education at their church and currently serves as Treasurer for SENT Global ministries.

Linda Harasty
Linda Harasty Sutton has served in music ministry in local churches for 38 years, following thirteen years of traveling across the United States as part of an evangelistic trio. She has been connected with SENT since its inception and in 2024 participated in a mission trip to Uganda that deeply impacted her life. Witnessing the poverty and needs of underprivileged children opened her eyes to the urgent call to help. Since that experience, Linda has become increasingly engaged in supporting the mission of SENT Global Ministries and is currently serving as Secretary.

Stephanie Skyles
A graduate of Hampton University, Mrs. Stephanie Skyles retired from the federal government after over 32 years of service. She has served in various ministry capacities including as a facilitator/lay counselor for a substance abuse ministry, a teacher/facilitator in children’s ministries, and as a missionary as well as currently working in community outreach and activism. Her advocacy is rooted in Jesus’ teaching on servant leadership and stewardship. She resides in Norfolk, VA with her husband of 47 years. They have two daughters, both married and 6 grandchildren. She has been a part of the SENT team since it was launched and accompanied the team to Uganda on their first missions trip. She currently serves as a board member.

Veronica Tutwiler
Veronica is a retired teacher/administrator with 33 years of experience with Norfolk Public Schools. She is a passionate advocate for caring for others with God's direction by participating in local volunteering as well as a number of international travels on the mission field. As a board member of SENT, She brings enthusiasm and a strong belief that everyone deserves a safe place to live, grow, learn and thrive.

Chris Williams
Christopher Williams, a retired government employee, has built a distinguished career spanning roles with General Electric, general construction contracting, real estate development, and community property management. He currently serves as an Ordained Deacon and servant leader of several ministries at Victory Family Church in O’Fallon, Missouri, and sits on the board of directors for SENT Global Ministries. Recognized for his unique teaching and service, Christopher has earned numerous awards and academic degrees, including an Honorable Master of Biblical Studies, and is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Constance Schulz
Connie Schulz is a retired administrative assistant. She has been a member of Victory Family Church since 2013. For many years she was the church secretary, and later served one term as a Trustee member and another as Trustee Treasurer. For five years she was the head of the Ushers/Greeters and currently is a member of the Prayer Team. Connie is a charter member of the Project Uganda team. They support young girls by raising funds to purchase fabric for reusable sanitary pads and hygiene products, which allow them to stay in school. After visiting Uganda in 2024 she pledged to also help unwed mothers; funds sent there are distributed to different women each month and provide food and necessities for them and their babies. Connie is currently a board member of SENT Global Ministries.

John Nichols
After teaching high school students for over 20+ years, John devoted his retirement years to volunteering and
serving people in need. First he joined the Board of Directors and supervised driver pick-ups for OASIS, the largest food pantry in St. Charles County. He also served as Director of local and international missions at Victory Family Church where he and his wife Lorna Nichols serve in leadership and several church ministries. He has most recently joined the SENT Board of Directors to begin a new chapter in global outreach and service.

Earl Sutton
Earl Sutton is the founding pastor of Unity Free Will Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia, where he has served faithfully for thirty years. His passion for missions has shaped much of his ministry, including service on the Virginia Free Will Baptist State Mission Board and leading his church to fund and assist in the construction of five churches in Romania. Saved at age seven, Pastor Sutton has long carried a heart for reaching the regions beyond with the gospel.

Jason Joseph
Jason is a Senior Trial Attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been married to his wife, Dr. Renee Gounden for 3 years. His family is originally from India. He graduated with his JD from Tulane University Law School. Jason and his wife both have a heart for missions.
